Terms of service

The terms you open an account under, and the terms we maintain the grave in your care under.

Draft. This text has not yet been checked by a lawyer and binds no one. The final version will be published before the service starts charging.

Who provides the service

The service is provided by [—— full company name], registered at [—— address], company number [——], tax number [——].

In this text “we” means that company, and “you” means the person who opened the account.

What the service covers

Visiting and maintaining a grave at a cemetery in Belgrade, to the extent of the plan you chose, with photographs before and after every visit.

The system schedules visits by calendar month. The exact day is set by our field team according to their rounds at each cemetery and conditions on the ground — we commit to the month, not to a date.

Your account and what you enter

Opening an account needs a name, an email address and a password. Details about the deceased and the grave are entered by you, and you are responsible for their accuracy.

By opening an account you confirm you have standing to request maintenance of that grave. If a dispute arises within a family, we may pause the service until it is settled.

Subscription, price and payment

The service is billed as a subscription paid in advance, at the price of the plan in force when payment is taken. Payments run through Stripe; we neither see nor store card details.

Prices are shown in euros. We will give you at least [——] days notice of any price change, and it applies only from the following billing period.

Cancelling and pausing

You can cancel at any time from the portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; visits already made are not refunded.

If a visit due in a given month does not happen for a reason that is not yours, we make it up the following month or refund it.

What we cannot promise

We work under the rules of the city cemeteries. Works, closed sections, weather and decisions by the cemetery administration can delay or prevent a visit; we will tell you when that happens.

We do not undertake work requiring the cemetery administration's consent or a stonemason, unless separately and explicitly agreed.

Liability

We are liable for damage our own work causes to the grave. We are not liable for damage present before our first visit, nor for the acts of third parties.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of the Republic of Serbia.

Changes to these terms

We will email you at least [——] days before any change that materially affects your rights. Continuing to use the service after that period means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The courts of [——] have jurisdiction over disputes.
