How it works
All of it happens on your phone, from any country. You open an account, enter the grave and choose a level of care — from there we take over, and every visit reaches you with a notification and proof that we were there.
Steps
From the account to the first photograph.
Create an account
A name, an email and a password. It takes a minute, and you pay nothing at this step.
Add the grave
The name of the person and the cemetery. Plot and number only if you know them — if you do not, we find them. This is also where you sign the declaration of your right to the grave.
Choose a level of care and pay by card
Payment runs through Stripe, exactly as in any reputable online shop. Your card details go to the bank, not to us. Cancel yourself, whenever you like.
Follow every visit
As soon as we have checked the visit, a notification arrives with the record — photographs, GPS confirmation and the associate's name. It all stays saved in your account.
No counters to queue at, no payment slips, and no sending money to a private individual. You can do all of it from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia or anywhere else in the world.
Details
What you enter when you sign up.
Less than you would think. Only the cemetery and the name are required — everything else you fill in if you know it. If you do not know the plot, we find it, and we confirm we have the right grave before we do anything.

- Dates of birth and death — if you know them, they help us find the grave

Payment
By card, in euros, with no trip to a counter.
No payment slips, and no sending money to a private individual. Payment runs through Stripe, as in any serious online shop — your card details are seen by the bank, not by us.
- Pay monthly, or a year up front — a year paid up front gives you two months free.
- The price is the same every month: no surcharge for family vaults, no surcharge for a neglected grave.
- Nothing beyond what was agreed is charged without your consent — you receive the proposal and the price first.
- You can cancel yourself, from your account, at any time.
Timing
You know the month. We choose the day.
You are not given a “within 14 days” window.
Visits are scheduled by month in advance, and that schedule sits in your account. We choose the exact day, according to the routes we run through each cemetery — one associate visits several graves on the same day, so you are not paying for every trip separately.
Zadušnice are the exception: those dates are known well in advance, so we go out on the last working day before them — so the grave is in order when the family arrives.
The first visit
What happens once you have paid.
We go out first to record the grave as we find it — photographs from every angle and, if the plot was not known, confirmation that we have found the right one. That is the starting point of your archive, and the frame we return to every year after.
Visits then follow the rhythm of your level of care. We review each one internally before the report reaches you, and if something was not done as agreed, we go out again at our own cost.
After every visit
What reaches you.
The moment we have reviewed the visit, a notification arrives on your phone, and the whole record stays saved in your account — nothing for you to keep, sort, or hunt for in your email.
Photographs before and after
The grave as we found it and as we left it, taken from the same angle as the time before.
GPS confirmation
Coordinates recorded at the moment of the visit and compared with the location of the grave.
The associate's name and the exact time
You know who went and when — a person with a name, a day and an hour, not “someone from the company”.
What was done, and a note
The work carried out and anything the associate noticed — a letter beginning to fade, say, or a kerb in need of repair.
The rest of the family sees the same. You invite a brother, a sister or your mother into the app from your own account: they receive the same notifications and the whole archive, with no subscription of their own and no charge.
