Answers

Do I need to know the exact plot and grave number?

No. If you have the exact details everything moves faster. If you do not, the full name, the approximate year of death and the cemetery or city are enough — we will try to find the grave and confirm to you that we have found the right one.

Do I have to live in Serbia?

No. The service exists precisely for families who cannot come regularly. You can arrange everything from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia or anywhere else in the world.

How do I receive the photographs?

In the app. As soon as we have reviewed the visit an email arrives with a link, and the photographs sit in your account with the rest of the record. The family sees them through a link you send them, with no account of their own.

Can I choose the flowers?

Yes. We agree the type of flowers and a rough budget before the visit. If something is not available that season, we will tell you and suggest an alternative.

Can I book an important date in advance?

Yes. We record Zadušnice, the family slava, birthdays and anniversaries in advance and plan the visit in good time.

What if the headstone needs repair?

We will tell you and send a proposal with a price. We never carry out anything you have not approved.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe, as a monthly subscription. You can also pay a year up front, which gives you two months free. Cancel at any time. We agree what we are doing first, and you pay only after that.

Is there a surcharge for a family vault or a neglected grave?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. Some companies add a surcharge for family vaults, and bill extra for a neglected grave once you have already paid — we do not. If a first clean after many years is genuinely a large job, we will tell you before we start and agree it with you, rather than charge you afterwards.

We look after several graves — can they go on one subscription?

Yes, if they are at the same cemetery. The Family subscription covers up to three graves at one cemetery, and each further grave is €25 a month. Graves at different cemeteries mean separate trips, so get in touch and we will put together a quote.

May I engage you if the grave is not in my name?

You may, but you will need to confirm that you are the registered holder of the grave or have the holder's consent. That is a requirement of the city cemetery regulations and we ask it of every client.
