After every visit you get an email; the report, with photographs, the caretaker's name and whether the visit location matches the grave, stays in your account.
Birthdays, anniversaries and other family dates on Premium and Family. You always know which month the next visit is in.

Izdaleka is a service of AItomation LLC. You pay the company, by card through Stripe — never a private individual.
Questions
No. If you have the exact details everything moves faster. If you do not, the full name, the approximate year of death and the cemetery or city are enough — we will check whether we can reliably locate the grave, and the first visit confirms whether it is the right one.
The first visit searches at the location you gave us. If the grave is not there, we tell you what we found and keep helping you identify it, by email and on the following visits, at no extra charge. While we have nothing left to try and are waiting on new details from you, billing is paused. Unsure before you subscribe? Write to us first; that help is free.
By card, through Stripe, as a monthly subscription. You can also pay a year up front, which gives you two months free. You pay when you subscribe; the first visit follows in your first month (the next month if you subscribe after the 20th).
You stop the renewal yourself, in your account, at any time. Care continues until the end of the period you have paid for: the visits due in it still happen, and nothing is booked after it. There are no partial refunds for a period already paid; your statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected.
