About us
Who we are and why we exist
You are trusting us with the name of someone you loved, the place where they rest, and your money. You should know who we are, what we believe, and what you are entitled to hold us to.
The reason
Why we do this.
Graves stay here even after the family has gone.
A great many Serbian families now live in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United States, Canada and Australia. Visiting once every few years means the grave stands neglected most of the time — not because nobody cares, but because it is far away.
Izdaleka exists to solve that as simply as possible: so there is someone here you can trust, who will go in your place and show you the work was done.
Vision
No grave left neglected simply because the family lives far away.
People scattered; the cemeteries stayed. Distance should not mean a broken tie. We believe a family in Chicago, Vienna or Sydney deserves the same view of their grave as one living on the next street — and we are building a service that keeps that tie for years, quietly and without having to be chased.
Mission
What we have committed to.
Our mission is deliberately narrow: to take on the one duty a family abroad cannot carry out itself, and to carry it out so that you never have to check up on it. Everything else on this site — the prices, the reports, the rules of conduct on cemetery grounds — exists only to make that possible.
Our commitment
We go in your place, we work as though the grave were our own, and we show you the proof — every time.

Values
What you can hold us to.
These are not slogans but the rules we make decisions by — and the ones you are entitled to call us out on when we break them.
Respect first
A cemetery is not a worksite. We conduct ourselves there as you would: quietly, without hurry, and with care for the graves alongside.
Proof, not promises
Every visit carries photographs, a date and a location. We do not ask you to take our word for it — we let you see.
No surprises on price
Prices are on the site before you ever contact us. No items added afterwards, and nothing charged that you have not approved.
We own our mistakes
If something was not done properly, we go back at our own cost. We do not argue with a family about it.
Discretion
The name of the person and your own details serve one purpose — carrying out the work. We do not sell them, trade them, or use them for advertising.
Built to last
Care is not a one-off job. We work so that visits and photographs accumulate into a record that outlives the family's ties to us.
People
Who goes out to the grave.
The people who go out are our associates in Belgrade, working under contract and to clear rules of conduct on cemetery grounds. We check every completed job against the photographs before the report reaches you — if something was not done properly, the associate goes back at our cost.
We do not hand out work at random, and we do not work with anyone we have not met in person. If you want to know who specifically will visit your family's grave, ask us and we will tell you.
A conversation
Would you rather talk first?
No obligation. Tell us who you are caring for and we will see whether we can help.
