What to send us.
Send what you have. If you do not have every detail, that is not an obstacle — we will help you find the grave.
- The full name of the person
- The cemetery, or at least the city
- The approximate year of death, if you know it
- The plot and grave number — only if you have them

What happens afterwards.
We reply within one working day. Where needed, we first go out to confirm we have found the right grave and see what condition it is in. Only then do we propose what should be done and at what price.
We charge nothing until it is agreed, and we do not open an account for you without your knowledge. We use your details, and the details of the person who died, only to carry out the service — we do not sell them and we do not send marketing.
