Send what you have. If you do not have every detail, that is not an obstacle — we will help you find the grave.
- The full name of the person
- The cemetery, or at least the city
- The approximate year of death, if you know it
- The plot and grave number — only if you have them
- What you would like us to do

What happens afterwards.
We reply to the email address you gave us. We tell you whether we cover the cemetery and whether what you have is enough to locate the grave, and help you fill in the gaps. When you are ready, you choose a plan and subscribe in your account, at the price on the site; the first visit then searches at the location you gave us.
We do not open an account for you without your knowledge. We use your details, and the details of the person who died, only to carry out the service — we do not sell them and we do not send marketing.
