If we see that something like that is needed, we tell you. The work is done by a stonemason or specialist we trust and paid for separately: you get a quote first, and nothing goes ahead until you approve it by email.
Cancelling
Stop the renewal whenever you like.
- Stop the renewal yourself, in your account, at any time.
- Care continues until the end of the period you paid for: the visits due in it still happen, and nothing is booked after it.
- No partial refunds for a period already paid; your statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected.

Flowers and candles
We bring and arrange fresh seasonal flowers and light candles on your behalf.
Important dates
On Premium and Family you add birthdays, anniversaries and other family dates, and that month's visit happens on the day.
Regular care through the year
Choose a plan and leave it to us to keep track of when the next visit is due — no reminders, no arranging it again each time.

Common questions about the price.
What if the headstone needs repair?
We tell you in the visit report. Stonework, lettering and similar repairs are not part of the subscription. They are done by a stonemason we trust and paid for separately: you get a quote first, and the work goes ahead only once you approve it by email.
Is there a surcharge for a family vault or a neglected grave?
For a family vault, yes: +€23 a month on Standard and +€39 on Premium. On Family a vault counts as one of the three graves, and Essential does not cover vaults. For a neglected grave, no: the first visit does as much as it can, the report says what is left, and the rest of the ordinary work (overgrowth, weeds, cleaning) is spread over the following visits at no extra charge. Only work that needs a specialist, materials or equipment is quoted separately: restoring stone or lettering, re-gilding letters, replacing a broken slab or border, removing roots that lift the stone. That work is done by a stonemason or specialist we trust, and only once you have approved the quote by email.
What happens when I cancel?
You stop the renewal yourself, in your account, at any time. Care continues until the end of the period you have paid for: the visits due in it still happen, and nothing is booked after it. There are no partial refunds for a period already paid; your statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected.
